Executive Director
Erin Renfroe joined Masterworks as a singer in 2015. Inspired by the organization's musical excellence and commitment to meaningful community outreach, she came on board as Outreach Coordinator in 2016. Erin has more than 20 years of professional experience as a musical and theatrical performer, arts and business administrator and non-profit board member and Director. She was promoted to Executive Director in 2019.
Steph O'Grady
Office Manager
Steph O’Grady is the Office Manager at Masterworks Chorale. In this position she works closely with Erin Renfroe and is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks as well as front of house on concert weekends, including box office and usher staffing.
Dr. Bryan Baker
Artistic Director
Artistic Director and Conductor of Masterworks Chorale since 2002, Bryan Baker also serves as Director of Music at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Berkeley, Director of the men's vocal ensemble Thirst & Howl, and Assistant Conductor of the San Francisco Choral Society.

Erin Moore has been a proud member of Masterworks Chorale since the summer of 2013. Before coming to the Bay Area, she served as Upper School Music Teacher and private voice instructor at Roland Park Country School in Baltimore, MD.

Accompanist
Passionate about performing, Margaret is also a staff accompanist at Skyline College, where she supports the college’s diverse and vibrant vocal, choral, instrumental, and musical theater programs.
